About the book

Most companies only watch the first 90 days.

Day 1Day 91

Alex is an HR leader dropped into an office that's quietly coming apart. There's a manager everyone's afraid of, employees who stopped speaking up a long time ago, and a leadership team that would rather update the handbook than deal with what's really going on.

As he digs in, Alex learns that fixing a culture has nothing to do with paperwork. It's about calling out the behavior everyone has learned to look past.

"Day ninety one is when the truth reveals itself."

Written from the HR chair, it's an honest look at the job most people only see from the other side of the desk. For leaders, managers, and anyone who has ever wondered what HR is really thinking.
